Required Skills and Experience Education: A minimum of 10 years of experience on political issues, and preferably including 5 years field experience in the area of governance and political participation, particularly on electoral assistance.
Related experience in East and Southern Africa desirable. Experience working in large multicultural development agencies a distinct advantage.
